Hand 2 looks pretty right on to me.

Hand 1 is a funny situation. I'd cap the flop and use your position to evaluate the turn. The only thing reasonable that you beat is 77 and possibly 44 or 55. The latter two would have to come from a thinking, optimistic LAG.

Hand 3 should be check folded on the flop, imo
