$20 to the host sounds steep to me but I would be more concerned with the blind structure. Where do the blinds start, and how do they increase? Do they double every level? If you start at 50-100 and go up from there its like your playing a turbo and its going to end up being one big crapshoot. With 20 min blinds your lucky to get once around per level.
The payout is what it is, little strange but ok. How many seats? I don't know if your #s add up with that buy-in and payout structure!
