You raised the flop and succeeded in getting your opponent to check it to you for only an extra small bet. This might not have been the best place for this move as the board is very scary for just overcards with no other draws. I would have called here and check/fold the turn unimproved.

In this case you've saved yourself a big bet and taken control of the hand for the turn. Your bet on the turn can only beat a bluff and UTG has shown that he's got at least something here - you're almost sure he'll call down to the river. UTG has already proven that he'll play many more starting hands than you will and he may have a small pair here or he might be on a draw. Check behind and take the free card, Check-fold the river unimproved.
