I don't know whether you should raise in the first place. Maybe you get lucky and he has JJ or TT or you get him to fold KK or QQ. But with button calling 3 cold there is a good chance one of them has an ace, so I would probably just fold right there.

I would call the 3bet. You are getting 20.5:1, and though there is a flush draw out there, I think the implied odds if you hit your two outer are enough.
