I have to agree that I think preflop is not good. I don't think you should really worry about table image, etc. It's hard to really put MP on a range of hands preflop, but I don't think isolating with Q10s is a good idea. I could take or leave raising the flop as the board is paired, and I think the turn and river look perfrect.
