heads up out of position i reraise to 10 or 12 preflop, i give him the chance with aa or kk or reraise and find out where i am inexpensively. if he smooth calls he may still have aa, but many opponents would reraise.
i then bet out that flop, online i probably bet the pot. on the river i most likely check and call if he makes a smallish bet. if he moves all in and we both have sizable stacks, it depends on my read. i could call or easily toss it, what can you beat that he moves all in with, not much. aa, kk, jj, qq, aq, tt, all beat you.

i believe those advocating all in preflop, are incorrect. if you play cash games enough you know better. in a tournament depending on how late it is, the size of the blinds, the stacks, all in with ak can often be correct.
