You should go all-in on the flop. You're a favorite against QQ and KK and still have your fair share of equity against AA, TT, and JJ. Calling flop is bad. Calling turn is bad. I don't think calling a river bet is an option even though you have top two. There's almost no hands that he can have that you're beating. At best, you're splitting the pot.
