Considering UTG's stack and the cold caller, hero should have pushed to isolate. You know UTG's probably gonna call the push, but even if he doesn't and UTG+1 folds hero still wins a decent pot. There's no way you're getting out of this hand raising to 3000, might as well push to make sure no one behind hero calls.

Hero has to call the push having committed 1/4 of his stack already.
