Never had any substantial problem with NETeller from anywhere in the world and I've been evrywhere throughout Asia. Have their phone number ready though. Every issue had been solved quickly over the phone.

Another tip for travellers:

Have copies of your ID card, utility bills and credit cards scanned and together with your social security No and all log in informations to Poker sites tucked away at your webmail. Make sure that your webmail is trustworthy, your password is a good one and cannot be figured out. That way you are always safe that you can play poker everywhere, even if your laptop had been stolen or broke. You can also sign up at any new site and take the occasional stab at casino whoring if so inclined.

Isn't it just great that you only need a passport, a bankroll, a NETeller debit card, a credit card and of course some poker skills and you are set to go almost anywhere you want and sustain a living?
