I've been up a zillion hours and someone just wound me up so I only read as far as "I'm sure there's a solution somewhere" and skipped the math for this evening (I will look at it however) so forgive me if I'm saying what you actually said.

If people are smart enough to know the correct plays to the degree you describe, then you are probably playing in a reasonably small pool of players.

The solution for me would be to spite call often, and make your calling range large enough to make their raises incorrect.
