Maynard does rock more than any other frontman... don't know that he's underrated, but felt I had to give the man his due.
As for truly underrated frontmen, I submit Cedric Bixler of At the Drive In and Mars Volta fame.
Has a unique style and vision, not the same old rehashed crap so many bands seem to spew out.
