Are you heads-up on the river? If not, getting overcalls out of the other players might be better.
If you are HU, then I think I'm probably just calling. It's too likely that he's just going to fold to your raise if he's on a complete bluff. I suppose a rivered 2 pair will pay you off, but a rivered 2 pair might also 3-bet...
