I dislike it. You should not take any line which includes the word FOLD in it. Usually, this is a call. In fact, at the moment, I can't think of a situation where I'd raise with it against a non-LAG.

The only time raising the river and folding to a 3-bet is good is if the donk is betting with 2-pair. If he's bluffing, he will either fold to your raise, netting you the same amount as a call, or 3-bet, scooping the pot from you.
