stox is dead on imo, someone keen enough to be 3-betting 66 on the turn with overs might just be keen enough to raise KQ/JJ when that A hits after you get 'scared'. You don't want to get pushed off this hand and he might be aggro nuf to bet his queens/other PP for you.
The question is does he value bet a non ace on the river? I would guess that leading any club/q/k might be a good idea on the river as he will pay off with a worse hand. But I dunno, i probably wimp out and check/call again.
