All time: Savatage (still kind of together as the Trans-Siberian Orchestra).
More recent: Vegas DeMilo (San Fran/Bay Area band that I stumbled upon when I was living in Monterey. I don't think they're together anymore either, tho. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img])
