Default A good example of controlling the pot

Am I ahead or behind in this hand? Notice how this move works. I achieve both objectives simutaneuously, If I am behind I am keeping the pot as small as possible to ensure a showdown, but if I am in fact playing a smaller PP or overcards I am allowing him to bet off his stack.

Freudian I believe this is the sorta thing u were asking about?
