Hand one: just bet the flop. Just play abc here.
Hand two: They are trying really hard to tell you something here.
Hand three: I only bet river here If I can release it to a raise. OTherwise check and decide.
Hand four: Set value.
Hand five: Not sure why you played it this way.
Rest: They only gonna give you action when they catch up and have you beat.
BTW its impossible to play even close to your best when you are running really bad.
