becausre surely if the city was full of POOR white people, the city would have been evacutated three days ago! there are more poor black people in new orleans than poor white people. that is true. The people that are in the city right now are there because they are poor and had no means to get out. Correct? your race will not save your life in this situation when you are poor to begin with.
