thanks for your response! i'll be sure to check it out now. it was his black book poker mantras that he talked about last night that i want to see him post about. for example.. you cant win the tournament in this round and stay in the moment or something along those lines. shirley suggested that he should post them in his blog and i would be very interested in reading some more of those. i think those kind of mantras help alot
