I would threebet here. he probably has some kind of 2-pair hand as the only reasonable hand he could have that beats you are Q9 or 79, but why would he raise those hands on the flop? no he has TJ here and it´s an easy 3-bet.

the fact that BB is still in the hand makes it an even easier threebet...
