the way it played out... easy call even after the 9 hit the river. He boated up.. sucks for you, but that's the way it goes at times.

I don't understand why you tried to push out the button here. You are on a draw (2nd nut if either of your cards hit) and if your gonna stay in, you might as well try to have the button come along here by just calling. If you hit your draw, you will win more often than not and you want him to come along to also pay you off.
