I've been in your boat, and for what it's worth, I recommend playing within your bankroll, say 2/4 limit holdem, multitable at least 4 tables, and set a hand limit to reach each day. Say 1000 hands to start.
At the end of each day, go over your days session stats in PT and realize you probably play too loose. Repeat next day.
For what it's worth, there's some quick easy money to be made casinowhoring too, if you need a poker break.
