Step down to a level low enough that you have a low ROR and grind it out.
Wow, that was hard.
Also quit whining. Thousands of people died horrible deaths this week, and you feel like the last two months have been "cruel". Suffering is a part of life. Learn to accept that or kill yourself. I don't really care which.
