It is unlikely any definitive proof will ever emerge either way, but to my eye you are already losing in the court of public opinion and when I get the time I promise to make the case much more convincingly.

I'm much less interested in the outcome of this case and for some reason far more interested in why this whole thing is even worth putting together a case.

Point to consider: Dan Druff did indeed look like an ass on a national television (does ESPN broadcast nationally?). He then allegedly wrote a post on an internet message forum which I'd guess 3000 people worldwide have read.

Here you are, building a family, living off the proceeds of a massively successful business and playing poker for fun as long as you want until you get bored of it. And this Dan Druff, this Arkham Asylum outpatient, what's he worth to you?

pp's battles with hellmuth/druff reminds me of the Coke-Pepsi wars of the 80s: as long as they're fighting and making noise, they're both winning.
