No, that's not the only thing that matters at all.
It also matters how a person handles himself in public settings. That's why people hate Bonds, notwithstanding his numbers.
And it matters whether a person posts under an alias to defend himself in the third person, since that goes directly to whether he's trustworthy.
So, the fact that a guy who (perhaps) is succeeding from a financial perspective in the game is still enough of a loser to defend himself in the third person, and to act like a jackass on tv, is interesting largely BECAUSE of his success in the game. That's why people are much more interested in PH's antics than, say, Smoothcall.
