i get your point about how the rule could foster collusion but i'm lost on this example ... does it assume that these min raises have to at least double the previous raise? because if so, after three min-raises, isn't the final bet already very large (8x) relative to the original bet?
i do see how it prevents the bully from going all-in, though.
