Crazy Pineapple at Paradise (1/2) will clear bonus really fast. Haven't tried it yet, but I think you can also play it at SportsBook, since that's really Paradise.
Clearing bonus using Crazy Pineapple at UB is very slow, since it's a .25/.50 game. But it might be faster than Hold 'Em.
Crazy Pineapple is also pretty soft at both sites, since few people know how to play it. But if you can figure it out, it's a pretty nice change.

Fun, yes. Soft games, yes. But fast? Definitely not. With 5-7 people seeing each flop, and everybody having to discard on the flop it is MUCH slower than Texas Hold'em.
