Flop: Min bet is pointless here, you have a fairly strong hand and need to define your hand. I'm usually checking here with the intent of check-raising or check-folding. If you decide to lead out I like making a pot-sized bet
Turn: Once again you need to bet more. Minraise looks fishy, but hand is still vunerable on the this board, so I think a call is okay with intention of check-call on river. 3-betting is going to lose too many chips.
River: I like check-calling any reasonable bet on the the river. I have a feeling you ran into a running two pair like KT or a flopped made hand.
I don't mind the way you played the hand, hands like these are tough to extract value from. That's why I feel it's important to bet more to define your hand. GL
