the first hand is rather complex. he understands that by open limping so much he's going to get isolated by even the dumbest of players. so he can estimate that he's against a wide range of hands on the flop. when the flop comes, it's not as bad as it appears. he has a backdoor flush draw, backdoor straight draw, the board is very bluffable if he chooses to go that direction, and his opponent probably isn't even paired. then he turns his straight draw and hits it. this is nothing short of expert play with him judging his opponent's weakness (come on, he's not always goign to have a set of jacks) based on his poor table image.

the second hand is much more simple. the button open limped and our hero can raise with any 2 here. he will outplay the person postflop, so he puts in the extra bet for initiative and to get it headsup with the weak player. once again, knowing his table image, eh value bets his pair of 6s 3 times. once again, expert. hands liek these are why he's crushing the games on party
