Send them an email as specified and receive a credit of $90 cash to your account. After reading over the T+C, seems that the $90 is free cash with no rollover/wagering requirement. You're essentially risking $0 to win something like $175 (if you bet football). It seems that you are completely free to withdraw after making the bet and Neteller is accepted.
