Granted. A better question is almost "where in the world do you play live 1-2 PLO" As the game is usually a big gambling game, and the live 5-10 games of old are drying up and being replaced by 10-25 and even 25-50 in some places.
At the WSOP this year the 10-25 game was amazing, with average pots well in the thousand dollar range, and then there was the 5-5 game filled with underbankrolled young nutpeddlers, and the average potsize was perhaps 50-100$
