Would capping the flop be reasonable at 1/2 or 2/4?

Edit: Given 1/2 and 2/4 are more passive, someone check-3-betting gives them a higher chance they have the nut flush, so maybe capping still isn't a good idea.

if we think the three opponents will call, this is a value raise. even if someone flopped the nut flush we have a significant equity edge here.
