Preflop: Standard
Flop: raise, your opponent could be betting a 7 here. You want to make any A/K/Q either fold or pay to draw.
Turn: Honestly this is a wonderful card. It make it even more likely that BB has a 7 rather than a 9. I'm still not sure about the call, because your hand is still vulnerable to overcards.
River: Now the river brought an overcard. I still think the BB has a 9s fll of 7s most of the time, but someone behind you could have a Q and won't be folding it. I think that a call is right here hoping for the overcalls. I don't see many worse hands calling your raise here, and better hands will certainly either call or raise.
