Well after doing some quick math, and looking at TOP "the small pair is worth playing in most cases even gettign something like 5:1"
So assuming we're playing strictly for set value. Since i figure we have to dodge overs with TT. This would be a +EV call is UTG+1 doesnt cap, but a -EV call if UTG+1 caps?
