I'm not a big fan of the preflop 3-bet, either. 24/14 isn't that loose a raiser; I'd just mull it over for a second & click the fold button with AJo.

EDIT: and when a guy who only plays 16% of his hands calls 3 cold preflop, I'm autofolding any flop that doesn't either give me a pair or a draw at a gutshot or better. Big pot irregardless, I'm not really confident in any of my overcard outs.
