J9s was the first hand I was ever dealt in a B&M (I folded it then but wouldn't now in the same situation), so there's that sentimental angle.
Also, though, the table seemed kind of on the tight side. And I would open-raise JTs UTG, generally, at a 6-max table, and J9s can't be that different.
I'm not claiming the raise was necessarily best, though.
