Hand 1: Two people cold called your reraise preflop plus the original raiser. Doesn't seem like a good spot for this sort of play--I think a lot of players at this level will call with any overpair which is a very likely holding given preflop action.

Hand 2: I probably would fold this preflop, but if you're going to play it I think you have to make one decent sized bet on the flop. If no one has a flush yet, you probably have the best hand and need to make people pay to draw. If you get any action, I'd probably shut down.
