Default A Huge Bluff (observed 100/200 hand)

I was watching the big game on Prima yesterday. It was 3 handed most of the time. I found this hand quite interesting. Min-raising the flop is pretty weak, right?

** Borne Again [Hold 'em] (100.00|200.00 No Limit - Cash Game) Real Money

- Undercover sitting in seat 2 with $40894.00 [Dealer]
- TheSea sitting in seat 4 with $28097.00
- Zweig sitting in seat 5 with $64070.00

TheSea posted the small blind - $100.00
Zweig posted the big blind - $200.00
Undercover raised - $800.00
TheSea folded
Zweig raised - $3800.00
Undercover called - $3800.00

** Dealing the flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Zweig bet - $5800.00
Undercover raised - $11600.00
Zweig went all-in - $54670.00
Undercover folded
Zweig shows: Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Zweig: when they bluff time to move in
