Default Re: 50,000 hands @ 3/6(6max) please help!

The mystery of your low Went to SD% had me completely baffled, so I played 570 hands of 3/6 (6-max) myself today. I played exactly the same way I play at 5/10 where my Went to SD% is around 36%. My standard vpip is about 28 and my pfr around 18. After playing I imported the hands into poker tracker and to my amazement my Went to SD% was 30.5%, EXACTLY the same as yours.

I speculate that there is something inherently different about the way that the opponents overall respond in the 3/6 game versus the 5/10 game. I ran lucky for this extremely small sample size and my Won $ when saw flop was 51%. I think that means that I was taking down a TON of pots uncontested.

Does anyone have any possible explanation for this phenomenon or how one's game should adjust to it?

(I suspect one should steal lots and lots!)

Thanks,
