This is an easy river call IMO. Both straights are made with hands that only complete fish will limp EP and JJ/TT figure to be hands that the average player will raise with in EP (With TT being unlikey given the turn action). This leaves 66 as the only reasonable hand that beats you. Without reads the river decision is more between calling and raising, with calling being the better option if this is an unknown villian.
