Generally;
-Stop seeing flops.
-Stop raising X amounts, X any amount other than all-in.
-When you get crippled, I know you have to, but be careful about what you push the very next hand. I'd figure you were pushing XY, and probably call you with a ridiculous range (if I were biggie or shortie).
