First off, you can play alot more hands. Do you ahve this hand chart?

It should bump you up to about 25% which is like 30% more hands! I think you're getting blinded away a lot.
I think you need to defend more in the BB. You're folding at greater than 70%, I think you should root around the archives for some blind defense threads. Basically, people are stealing with lesser values than you think, and thus you have more equity (and are giving up more equity when you fold) in the bb. Yeah, I just looked at the folded bb to steal heads up is the same which is costing you tons.
You seem to steal a fair amount, but its weird that your VPIP on the button is so low.
If cartman thinks you play decently well postflop I think fixing these preflop issues should add a ton of + ev to your game.
