You say that he had taken a few stabs at ragged flops and been attempting to bully a lot. Did he seem to be a competent player? Had he been showing down good hands?
I ask because no matter how LAGgish he is, if he has any skill, he has a hand here. He made a bet that was ~1/2 pot there and didn't blink when you c/r'ed him. He moved in when you have $75 left. He's got you committed and he wants the rest of your stack. I say 66, 22, or KK.
*edit* I see he limped pf, so forget about the KK. I say he has 66.
