IMO:
calling turn and folding river > raising the turn and checking behind > calling the turn and calling the river >> folding the turn.
If villain will lay down a hand, then a turn semi bluff might not be terrible. Certainly better than just calling down, IMO.
Well...unless villain is aggressive. In that case I call the turn, as I don't really feel like paying 3-bets to see the river. ...but I still fold the river.
