i like the thought of CR'ing him on the flop (assuming chompers folds to his probable lead). the problem is when a 'loose' player calls your CR...leaves you in no-man's land when you're faced to continue on the turn.
the problem leading the flop, is you face the same problem when he undoubtably calls.
against this type, i'd assume a check/call-fold from the get-go, letting your read/his actions be your guide.
