To include a URL in a post without total distortion of the page:
1. Copy the URL (Ctrl-C)
2. Click on "URL" under Instant UBB Code below the text box you are entering your post.
3. Paste the URL at the prompt. (Ctrl-V)
4. Give it a name (any text) at the next prompt.
5. You are done.
