my personal preference for analyzing my play is hourly earn. this is a very useful figure for me, and I think a good metric for others. I would almost go so far as to say hourly earn is the best way to judge a poker player's abilities (in all facets of the game), or to dcided "who is a better player" when forced to make such a decision.

I've long tried to equate limits and earn rates between SNGs, MTTs, NL cash games and Limit cash games.

what kind or roll and earn would an elite 215 player make?
10/20 NL cash games?
all big MTTs?
30/60 multitabler?

and please put "fun" or "enjoyment" aside when making this analysis.
