Play a tighter game, VPIP 15 is fine. Drop some more marginal hands when you are in the middle of a hand that has hit the flop. I really dont see how you can do worse 4 tabling the lower limits than playing 2 tables. But if you really need to figure out the plays, mabey you should stick to 2. As soon as you can, open more tables to build your bankroll as fast as possible.
