Default Re: Reduced Juice Sportsbooks -- Just something to consider

[ QUOTE ]
or example do sportbooks have the equivalent of affiliates and rakeback? I've never heard of it, but wanted to check

Ummmm...some sites will give back a % of losses. And if you are a sportsbook affiliate you do get a % of a players net loss. But, it isn't for each individual player, so there is no way to guarantee that you will receive some of your losses back from your affiliate. For example, lets say Bodog gives me 30% of the net losses from people I send to them. Well, most do lose. But, lets say you lose 10K (making me 3333), but another guy wins 20K..this would now mean I am owed -3333. So, there would be no way for me to pay you. I really wanted to do something like this; i.e. "rakeback" for sports losses. But, it isn't possible. But, you can sometimes make your friends money. Like, for example, since Shakes has helped you out, you can signup for books through him so he can get a referral fee. (or me as well ). Sometimes people on here will do this with me and I will split it. So that is a little extra cash. Also, I might as well "plug" Sublime here as well. He is a member of so many books, so he can usually help with referrals. And can be trusted to split it with you.
