First off, thanks for posting this HH. Very interesting. I have a minor question. When HU, you folded two or three times pre-flop. With a hand like this with your stack size, don't you think that you might be giving up too much by folding here? Or are you just certain that your opponent will push anytime that you limp? When I'm playing HU (against competition WAY worse than you are up against), I would at least try to call with a hand such as 45o given these stack / blind ratios:
